Who we are
Rameto is a business based in Arizona, USA. This policy covers rameto.com and related pages we operate here.
Questions or requests: iverson.diles@meetrameto.com.
Information we collect
Waitlist signup. When you register for free training, we ask for your email address and first name. A hidden field is used only to block bots; if it is filled in, we do not save your signup.
Site tools. The delay cost calculator runs entirely in your browser — we do not receive those numbers. The optional survey on the thank-you page is not sent to our servers.
Advertising measurement. We use Meta (Facebook) tools that may set or read browser cookies and similar identifiers (such as _fbp and _fbc) and record page views. When you complete a waitlist signup, we also record a Lead event in the browser and send a matching server event (see below).
Hosting logs. Our host, Vercel, may log technical data about requests to the site and API (such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps) in server logs.
How we use your information
We use waitlist email addresses and first names to add you to our training waitlist, send launch updates, and send a one-time welcome email when you first sign up. Contacts are stored in Resend (our email provider) in a contact list/segment used for these messages.
We use Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure signups and improve our advertising. On a successful signup, our server may send Meta a Lead event that includes a SHA-256 hash of your email (not plain text), an event identifier shared with the browser pixel, the page URL where you signed up, your IP address and browser user agent from the request, and Meta cookie values (_fbp, _fbc) when present. Meta’s own policy describes how they use this data: Meta Privacy Policy.
Email choices and unsubscribe
Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link that removes your address from our Resend list. You can also email iverson.diles@meetrameto.com to unsubscribe or ask us to delete your contact information.
Advertising choices
You can limit Meta’s use of data for ads through Meta ad preferences. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; that may affect how measurement works but does not remove information already held by Meta or us.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and email list (Resend, Vercel, Meta for advertising measurement as described above).
We keep waitlist contact information until you unsubscribe, use an unsubscribe link, or ask us to delete it.
Your requests
Email iverson.diles@meetrameto.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Rameto is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date below.
